Aaron Joel Santos is an editorial and commercial photographer based in New Orleans, Louisiana. After fifteen years living and working across Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Australia, he returned to the American South to be near family, and to tell stories closer to home.

His clients include Apple, Four Seasons, The New York Times, and Smithsonian. He works independently on editorial and travel assignments and as lead photographer on larger commercial productions, directing creative teams on complex, multi-day shoots.

Shaped by classic cinema, fine art, and documentary traditions, Aaron's photographs find elegance in quiet moments, creating images that are intimate, unhurried, and honest.

He travels light and is comfortable and confident working in unfamiliar environments and managing large crews. He is available for assignments worldwide, and would love to hear from you.
